Like a lotus flower, we too have the ability to rise from the mud, bloom out of the darkness, and radiate into the world.

After suffering decades of emotional, sexual and physical abuse, as well as severe OCD, Johnson found that the standard methods of treatment for OCD weren’t working for her. Instead, she found an alternative method which has enabled her to begin a new life, giving her glimpses of joy for the first time. Johnson wrote this book to share her personal journey, and as such, has protected her identity.

Remember, you too can rise out of your mud.
